As founder of Eventknowhow Consultancy, Marx has been advising and training event professionals, government authorities, and legislators for over 14 years – with a strong focus on the Middle East. His expertise is sought after for some of the world’s most prestigious events, including Formula 1 Grand Prix and the FIFA World Cup.

Marx has led international teams of event managers, mediated complex stakeholder setups between authorities and service providers, and worked as Technical Director of Düsseldorf Congress, managing event operations across 25 venues with over 60 technical staff. His passion: empowering event professionals through targeted training in crowd management, risk assessment, and international production strategy.

He is the author of two globally recognized publications – “The Event Safety Book” and “Crowd Management Made Easy” – and a frequent keynote speaker.
