Starting signal for the BrandEx Award 2026: Submission phase begins

The international creative award will once again be presented during BOE INTERNATIONAL at Messe Dortmund

One of the most prestigious awards for successful live communication and outstanding brand architecture is entering the next round. Projects can now be submitted for the BrandEx Award 2026.

Dortmund, 04.06.2025 – Agencies, stand construction companies, service providers, event organizers and students are invited to submit their most creative and effective projects from the past one and a half years and thus make the creative diversity and innovative power of the industry visible.

New impulses, proven quality

In recent years, the BrandEx Award has established itself as a benchmark for innovation and excellence in experience marketing. In 2026, visionary projects that set standards in creativity, strategy, sustainability and implementation will once again be honored. The jury (consisting of independent experts) evaluates the submissions according to established criteria and focuses in particular on current trends, smart solutions and forward-looking concepts that rethink and further develop the potential of the event industry.

Diverse categories for a broad spectrum

Entries can be submitted in several categories and are divided into the main segments “EVENT”, “ARCHITECTURE”, “SPECIAL” and the young talent award “FRESH”. Both classic trade fair and event formats as well as hybrid experiences are included in the competition structures.

Submit now and become part of the BrandEx network

Submissions are possible until August 31, 2025. All information on the conditions of participation, categories and the submission portal can be found on the website www.brand-ex.org.

Special feature for young talent

The “FRESH” category is aimed specifically at young creative talent up to the age of 30. Unlike the other categories, submissions are possible until November 11, 2025. The basis is a fictitious briefing. The documents can be downloaded from www.brand-ex.org/fresh as of now. Participation in “FRESH” is free of charge and is not tied to fixed project periods.

The winners will be announced at the award ceremony on January 14, 2026 – directly after the first day of the BOE INTERNATIONAL at the Dortmund Exhibition Center. BOE is the trade fair for the event industry and is organized by the January 14 to 15, 2026 central industry meeting point for professionals from the. event sector, the trade fair industry and live communication.
